Performance Manager

Axalta is looking for a Performance Manager to join us remotely. This role is responsible for maintaining strong customer satisfaction and retention within a territory, and requires the ability to travel >50%. The Performance Manager will act as the primary point of contact for customers, provide dedicated support, and analyze key performance indicators to foster customer success.

Requirements

• Acts as primary point of contact for identified customers
• Provides high-level of dedicated customer support
• Performs shop audits to ensure Axalta's equipment is in good working condition
• Analyzes cost and productivity key performance indicators
• Manages budget for each center and ensures monthly costs are within allotted parameters
• Works closely with the servicing distribution partner to ensure proper support and inventory levels are maintained
