Lead VN Corporate Sales Channel, manage personnel, develop business plans, build relationships, and drive sales growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business management within non-life insurance companies
- Proven experience in coaching, training, and developing sales teams
- Strategic thinking and ability to establish plans with clear goals
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent negotiation skills and acumen with sales data analysis
