Behavioral Health Technician

The Behavioral Health Technician monitors clients, communicates and documents all occurrences, and helps to provide a safe, caring environment in which the clients can recover. The Behavioral Health Technicians are the lead role models in helping the clients to rebuild new lives.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Ability to operate 15-passenger van
• Must be 25 years of age (requirement in order to drive company vans)
• Knowledge of Windows, basic email, Microsoft Word, timekeeping software, and basic computer navigational skills
• Ability to write professional correspondence and reports free from grammatical and spelling mistakes
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret emails, letters, policies, procedures, etc.
• Shift Flexibility
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Team player
• High level of patience
• Active CPR and First Aid certification required (may be provided by Axiom)
• Active Fingerprint Clearance Card (residential locations)
• Negative TB Test result within past 12 months (residential locations)
