Job Description
Supports the Director of Quality and Compliance in implementing, monitoring, and administering Axiom Care’s quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and risk management activities. Assists with data collection, reporting, facility survey preparation, policy review, and regulatory correspondence.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Arizona Department of Health Services, The Joint Commission, AHCCCS, and applicable federal requirements
- Ability to manage assigned tasks independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to analyze data and create clear reports
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
