We are seeking a Key Account Manager-End Customer (KAM-EC) for the Transportation segment in Japan. As KAM-EC, you will work directly with end customers, managing their complex needs and priorities, and responsible for strategic account management and sales.
Requirements
- Create a clear annual business plan for selected accounts, drive sales activities, and update with regular reviews.
- Formulate and update account plans that form the basis of medium- to long-term growth strategies for major partner accounts
- Work directly with our established key focused accounts.
- Maintain and create new long-term partnerships.
- Develop strategic business plans for key focused accounts.
- Set annual targets on each account and continuously follow up on set KPI’s.
- Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other promotional sales activities.
- Prepare reports for new and key focused accounts.
