Job Description
This position will provide team and technical leadership in food manufacturing activities in coordination with the safety, quality, production control and new products of the plant. The Production Supervisor will insure the safe and cost effective manufacturing of B&G Foods products to meet the expectations of our customers and consumers.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years manufacturing experience (minimum 3 years supervision)
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma
- Possess outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in conditions, which include multiple, sometimes competing priorities, extended work hours, and strict deadlines.
- Works well in team environment
- MS office Knowledge
- Ability to train others
