Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a commercial recruiter within the Egyptian market
- Proven knowledge and expertise in quickly sourcing and hiring top commercial talent across sales, marketing, operations, and business roles
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to align hiring strategies with business needs
- Hands-on experience in executing the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions
- Proactive in engaging with potential candidates and maintaining a strong commercial talent pipeline
- Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment and can take initiative with minimal direction
- Proficient in using cloud-based ATS tools to manage the candidate pipeline efficiently
