Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a tech recruiter within the Egyptian market
- Proven knowledge and expertise in quickly sourcing and hiring top tech talent
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to align hiring strategies with business needs
- Experience executing the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions
- Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment and taking initiative with minimal direction
- Proficiency in using cloud-based ATS tools to manage the candidate pipeline efficiently
