• Proven knowledge and expertise in sourcing and hiring top commercial talent
• Track record of building and enhancing employer branding within the Egyptian commercial sector
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to align hiring strategies with business needs
• Hands-on experience in executing the full recruitment cycle
• Proactive in engaging with potential candidates and maintaining a strong commercial talent pipeline
• Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment
• Proficient in using cloud-based ATS tools to manage the candidate pipeline
