Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
• Experience in hiring managerial level positions
• Understanding of Egypt employment laws, organizational structures, and salary trends
• Proactivity and ability to multitask
• Experience in using an ATS (Lever is a plus)
• Excellent command of English in both writing and speaking
