Job Description
We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for managing the selection process, overseeing recruiting manager relationships, and generating a talent pool for succession planning and future hires.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an end to end recruiter ideally in mass or volume hiring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent is preferable
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge in MS Office and ATS programs like Greenhouse etc.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
