Monitor vacancies, ensure they are filled within Talent Acquisition KPIs, communicate with departments and applicants, and ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of requisitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field
- +3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Experience with Hiring Tech/IT Positions
- Start-up experience preferred
- Very Good / Excellent command of English
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing tools and platforms
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Hands-on experience in attracting top talent using social media marketing and other creative channels and techniques
- Ability to multitask with a focus on time and quality
- Good reporting skills and ability to use MS Office applications effectively
