Job Description
Compassionate Clinical Care Coordinator at BAART in Newport, VT and St Johnsbury, VT is responsible for administrative/clinical services, travel between clinic locations, and patient monitoring, particularly in substance abuse treatment. The role focuses on maintaining quality care, conducting program reviews, and providing treatment and support to patients. The coordinator will provide follow-up calls and assists with community and public relations.
Requirements
- LADC with Masters degree behavioral health, and/or LCMHC required
- Appropriate work experience in the behavioral health field
- At least five (5) years’ experience in substance abuse
- One (1) year of experience in administering a substance abuse treatment agency
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
