As part of Babson College's priority to grow lifelong learning opportunities globally, the Coordinator, Business Development, will help drive open enrollment revenue and identify custom program or membership opportunities for the business development team. The Coordinator will be responsible for qualifying leads across territories, understanding stakeholder needs, and customizing responses to each prospect.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1-3 years of professional work experience in sales, marketing, or business development support roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to be flexible in an environment that is rapidly changing
- Ability to become an informed and trusted guide on Babson’s programs in a matter of weeks
- Ability to interface with a variety of constituencies including clients and prospective clients, managers, team members, students, temporary employees, faculty, trustees, vendors, and alumni
- Ability to be creative and think out-of-the-box and be highly self-motivated
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to meet client deadlines
- Ability to anticipate and embrace change
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced skills in PowerPoint
