Program Coordinator, Experiential Learning

The Program Coordinator will assist in the coordination and delivery of programs that support Babson's undergraduate curriculum, working with students, faculty members, and campus partners to design and implement experiential learning programs.

Requirements

• Supporting operations of specific core courses
• Hiring, training, and supervising student auditing/accounting mentors
• Managing email accounts and responding to inquiries
• Coordinating and supporting the use of behavioral assessment tools
• Creating and managing calendar scheduling systems
• Organizing programs and events
• Assisting with regular office hours for student businesses
• Creating and updating resource documents
• Managing within budget
• Assuming additional responsibilities as required
