We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to partner closely with leaders in the Netherlands and help drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture during a period of significant transformation and growth.
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Business Partner in a scaling tech, SaaS, or fast-moving international environment
- Strong experience supporting senior leaders through change, performance management, and organizational challenges
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong understanding of Dutch employment law and employee relations
- Experience supporting organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management discussions
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with confidence and pragmatism
- Clear communication style with strong judgment and business acumen
- Experience working across multiple functions and stakeholder groups in complex organizations
