As a Senior HR Business Partner at Linesight, you will collaborate with teams, foster a strong social dynamic, and work closely with industry leaders to contribute to the development of our people strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in leading people strategies, performance initiatives, development programmes, and change management at a senior level
- Strong HR experience across Mainland Europe, with deep understanding of regional employment law and best practice
- Proven experience partnering with Works Councils or equivalent employee representative bodies
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a commercial mindset to develop balanced, insight-driven recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
