Job description
Lead multi-discipline hardware teams through design and development, employing expertise and decision skills in technical areas. Collaborate with engineering disciplines, procurement, operations, and program management to ensure program success.
Develop program schedules, earned value criteria, and productivity metrics. Implement the Hardware Development Process and support program capture and proposal teams. Work with Project Technical Leads to determine program staffing needs.
Strong technical leaders with passion, integrity, and problem-solving skills are needed. This leadership role provides critical ownership of engineering technical, cost, schedule, and execution.
