Job description
The Hardware Engineering Lead will direct multidisciplinary hardware development, guiding a team of engineers to design, develop, and demonstrate innovative technical solutions. The role demands strong technical expertise across hardware domains, proven leadership in cross-functional environments, and the ability to drive projects from concept to manufacturing while maintaining quality and schedule commitments.
Lead and manage an engineering team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, execute hardware solutions, develop technology roadmaps, ensure program success, communicate program status, foster a culture of excellence, oversee lifecycle phases, and drive innovation and growth.
