Lead multi-discipline hardware teams through hardware engineering design and development, employing expertise, decision skills, and independent judgment in technical areas.
Develop program schedules, earned value criteria, and productivity metrics for efficient performance, ensure the established Hardware Development Process is implemented successfully, and support program capture and proposal teams with hardware baselines.
This role requires strong technical engineers with passion and integrity, the ability to solve complex problems, and an interest in making a significant impact.
