Job description
Join our team in Austin, Texas, as a senior technical leader to develop first-of-its-kind technologies and equipment for defense products. Lead multi-discipline hardware teams through Agile design and development, employing expertise and decision skills in technical areas.
Lead Design Review activities, communicate with engineering disciplines, and develop program schedules and metrics for efficient performance. Ensure the Hardware Development Process is implemented successfully and support program capture and proposal teams.
This role offers the opportunity to own engineering technical, cost, and schedule aspects of projects, lead and shape teams, and partner with dedicated program engineers and business leads to deliver amazing hardware solutions.
