Job description
Lead a team of electrical engineers, manage hardware engineering programs, and drive key initiatives to improve execution and modernization. Collaborate with ECS HW leadership team to develop staffing strategies and ensure right person right job assignments.
Manage a team of 20 electrical engineers, hire and staff hardware engineers, oversee hardware execution on programs, and drive scope management through technical baselines, proposal positions, and execution plans.
Ideal candidate has leadership, technical, and project management experience, with a role in new development and/or production programs. Experience with leading multi-disciplined engineering teams is important.
