Job Description
Lead winning bids for major infrastructure projects, shaping strategy and outcomes across Australiaâs most complex pursuits. As Bid Manager, Strategic Projects, you sit at the centre of BAIâs growth agenda, leading endâtoâend bid and tender activity for strategically important infrastructure pursuits.
Requirements
- Manage complex, longâcycle opportunities from early qualification through submission and transition to delivery
- Develop bid plans, compliance matrices and submission programs, proactively managing risks, issues and dependencies
- Lead the development of clear win themes, solution narratives and value propositions aligned to customer evaluation criteria
- Engage with clients, partners and consultants through briefings, workshops and clarification processes
