Manager, Compensation

Bain Capital is seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to join their Human Resources team. The role will support the global non-investment teams with compensation design, modeling and analysis, financial planning, and competitive benchmarking. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive experience in analytics-driven environments with a strong understanding of compensation strategy and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of progressive experience in an analytics-driven environment
• Solid understanding of financial concepts
• Experience with incentive plan design, equity programs, and prior experience with carried interest programs preferred
• Prior experience with Workday, Power BI, and HR technology solutions a plus
