The role requires deep expertise in compensation principles, strong business acumen, and the ability to consult effectively across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 6+ years of progressive compensation experience, including program design and market analysis.
- Expertise in job evaluation, incentive plan design, and compensation governance.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and compensation modeling tools.
- Ability to influence and consult with senior leaders using data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and compensation survey methodologies.
- Knowledge of FLSA and other relevant labor regulations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
