Job Description
Capital Group is seeking a Manager - HR Compensation to join their global Compensation/Reward team to ensure optimized global compensation frameworks for Europe and Asia markets. The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to support the design, governance, and execution of global reward programs.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of pay-transparency requirements, global reporting, and financial-services remuneration practices
- Experience managing annual compensation, bonus, and/or equity cycles
- Strong understanding of reward practices across Europe, APAC, and North America
- Experience with benchmarking, salary surveys, and job-evaluation methodologies
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
- Strong modeling skills across compensation structures, incentives, equity, and scenario planning
