Job Description
We are seeking a Nuclear Mechanical Engineer to design and develop flow control equipment for nuclear and industrial applications. The successful candidate will work with global teams to support manufacturing, sales, and field service while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and internal engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product design, development, or application engineering
- Experience in control valve or safety valve design, preferably in nuclear or severe-service applications
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Knowledge of ASME and related codes and standards applicable to valve design
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
