Senior Training and Development Specialist (Senior Trainer)

Senior Training and Development Specialist (Senior Trainer) to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of digital and instructor-led training solutions for legal teams and support staff at Berry Appleman & Leiden. This role involves leading cross-functional project teams, developing training content, delivering virtual/classroom instructor-led training, and managing the evaluation process for existing training programs.
