Job Description
The Front Office Manager is responsible for managing all Front Desk operations to ensure outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The position involves building and managing teams, participating in the hiring process, and ensuring staff receives required training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years related Front Desk experience and one year as Supervisor/Assistant Manager in similar setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management desired
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
- General knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping transactions
- Ability to use computers programmed with accounting software
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Completion of all required training
