Talent Acquisition Intern (Remote)

Were looking for a self-motivated intern to join Bali Jobs Recruitment by Claire Tomkins. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll help us find and connect with talented candidates, gain real experience working with global clients in the luxury hospitality industry, and learn directly from our team.

Requirements

• Advertise job vacancies across job boards, email campaigns, and social media
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
• Research companies, roles, and industry sectors
• Maintain and update the company database
• Collect and verify references
• Communicate with candidates via phone and email
• Support candidate sourcing initiatives
• Assist in screening resumes from our talent database
• Schedule interviews and calls
• Conduct initial phone screenings
• Manage calendars for the hiring team and candidates
• Use recruitment software to track open roles
• Send bulk emails and assist with documentation (e.g., offer letters)
• Coordinate background checks
• Join candidate interviews with clients
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the process
