Job Description
Bally's Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for the Macau Kitchen in Dover, DE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the activities and functions of the restaurant during assigned shifts, including staff supervision, scheduling, guest relations, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Two years of supervisory experience in large, high-volume restaurant
- Good math skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled
- Ability to pass a background check
- ABC certification
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
