Requirements
- Maintaining and enhancing the CRM environment
- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across sales, marketing, ticketing, and analytics platforms
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to support CRM administration, integrations, reporting, and campaign execution
