Infant Guide

We are looking for a qualified, passionate Infant Guide to provide respectful, encouraging, and cognitively stimulating programming for children 4 months to 5 years of age. The Ohana Infant Guide will foster a supportive and collaborative educational atmosphere where Montessori and RIE support an environment where the children are the curriculum.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and MACTE accredited Montessori certification or RIE training preferred
• 5+ years working in an infant environment
• Primary caregiving techniques
• Skilled in observation techniques and documentation
• Communication skills (oral and written)
