Lead Toddler Guide

Bandwidth is seeking a Lead Toddler Guide (Classroom Manager) to lead a team of classroom teachers and foster a supportive and collaborative educational environment. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience working in a Montessori environment and a MACTE accredited Montessori certification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• MACTE accredited Montessori certification required
• 6+ years working in Montessori environment
• Montessori/RIE caregiving techniques
• Skilled in observation techniques and documentation
• Communication skills (oral and written)
