Job Description
We’re seeking a Sous Chef to join us at Banff Park Ranch! Celebrate Alberta’s western heritage at Banff Park Ranch, just 10 minutes from downtown Banff.
Requirements
- 2-3 years culinary experience
- Prior experience in a supervisory kitchen role
- Food Safety and WHMIS certification
- Knowledge of kitchen training best practices and standard operating procedures
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Flexible schedule required
- Reliable transportation required (car or bicycle)
