Seasonal Sous Chef - The Maple Leaf

We’re seeking a Seasonal Sous Chef to join us this summer at The Maple Leaf! Mountain view dining, local hospitality and excellent food in the heart of downtown Banff. The Maple Leaf is an iconic landmark serving brunch, lunch & dinner daily. We celebrate the best of Canadian cuisine with a menu inspired by the diverse ingredients found throughout Canada. Alberta beef, game, fresh fish, and coastal seafood are showcased next to an award-winning Canadian wine list.

Requirements

• 5 years culinary experience with a minimum of 2 of those years in a supervisory kitchen role
• Food Safety and WHMIS certification required (we can help you get certified if needed)
• Knowledge of kitchen training best practices and standard operating procedures
