Job Description
We’re seeking a Sous Chef to join us at The Bison, a fine dining restaurant in Banff, Alberta, Canada. As a Sous Chef, you will support the Chef de Cuisine in delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- 2-3 years culinary experience
- Prior experience in a supervisory kitchen role
- Food Safety and WHMIS certification
- Knowledge of kitchen training best practices and standard operating procedures
