We’re seeking a Sous Chef to join us at High Rollers, a popular bowling and dining venue in Banff, Alberta, Canada. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of culinary experience and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- 2-3 years culinary experience
- Prior experience in a supervisory kitchen role is an asset
- Food Safety and WHMIS certification
- Knowledge of kitchen training best practices and standard operating procedures
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
