Job Description
At Abrigo, we provide market-leading compliance, credit risk and lending software solutions. We are seeking an IT Services Specialist to provide comprehensive IT support to internal customers in a fast-paced, security-focused fintech environment.
Requirements
- 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support, or similar role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and user access issues
- Experience working with a ticketing system and asset management platform
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to document issue resolution and maintain working technical documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
