Bankjoy is a FinTech startup seeking a Head of HR/People to lead HR function as the company grows globally. The ideal candidate will design HR systems, execute them, and support leaders in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience, including leadership roles
• Experience building HR frameworks in scaling technology companies
• Strong experience with performance management and leadership coaching
• Solid understanding of U.S. and Canadian employment laws
• Experience supporting distributed teams
