Job Description
The Solutions Specialist IV is a staff position that works closely with Project Managers to develop in-depth technical plans to accomplish a stated project, company, or client goal.
Requirements
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to plan and coordinate successful delivery of various company projects
- Configure and deploy secure site-to-site and remote-access VPN solutions
- Implement and support Layer 1–3 networking
- Troubleshoot physical Layer 1, data link Layer 2, and network layer Layer 3 issues
- Configure and manage core services including NAT, DHCP, DNS, and secure segmentation practices
- Liaise with client executives to understand their technical problems and pain points
- Adhere to defined procedures, policies, and templates to plan recurring projects
