Job Description
The Support Technical Specialist IV provides in-depth technical support for complex end-user cases with limited supervision. This includes technical software, hardware, and network problem resolution, as well as handling client-facing and internal back-end technical support tasks.
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of desktop operating systems, software applications, and PC/Server/Network
- Advanced understanding of network systems and management
- Infrequent travel is expected for this position
- Week-long on-call rotations are required
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
