Solutions Architect I

Barracuda is seeking a Solutions Architect I to provide presales support to customers. The role involves gathering client requirements, managing technical engagements, and delivering product demonstrations to showcase network security solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or a similar technical pre-sales role
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, including email, users, remote users, networks, and applications
• Knowledge of the email security market and current threat landscape
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
• Proven ability to support the sales cycle and help close business while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Good knowledge of the Swiss market and ability to design solutions tailored to client needs
