
Job description
We are looking for a Maintenance Administration Technician to join our team at our Cortez operations. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative, diverse, and dynamic mining company, promoting a team environment and maintaining a high standard of housekeeping. The role involves working with various stakeholders, including mobile maintenance and other work groups, to efficiently execute daily maintenance activities.
The primary functions of this role include entering technical data into SAP eAM, providing support to the Maintenance Department, and assisting Planners with BOM updates. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating requisitions for parts and services, generating work orders, and printing orders from the weekly schedule.
This role requires prior office administration experience, excellent planning and organizational skills, and the ability to work unsupervised. The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate good safety leadership and have a proved safe work record.
