As a Founding Sales Engineer at Basis, you will lead value-based demos, serve as a finance expert, and drive technical qualification. You will work closely with Account Executives on strategy and ensure smooth handoffs to post-sales teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, investment banking, or Private Equity
- Process-oriented and able to break down complex problems into clear, repeatable steps
- Strong communicator and able to explain technical concepts to both executives and accounting teams
- First principles reasoner and able to question assumptions and apply lessons to new solutions
- Company-builder and excited to build foundations as we rapidly scale
