Business Capture Manager

BasisPath is seeking an experienced Business Capture Manager to lead and execute full lifecycle capture efforts in support of mission-critical programs across the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and Department of Justice (DOJ).

Requirements

• Lead and manage the full capture lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, strategy development, teaming, proposal coordination, and submission.
• Develop and execute capture strategies aligned with BasisPath’s growth objectives and competitive positioning.
• Build, maintain, and expand strategic partnerships, including subcontractors, Joint Ventures (JVs), and Mentor-Protégé relationships.
• Provide regular pipeline updates, capture status reports, and contract modification briefings to leadership.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Operations Manager and executive team to align capture efforts with organizational goals.
