Area Legal Counsel - Western Europe

We are looking for a qualified lawyer with 4+ years' experience in commercial and corporate practice to advise on legal matters with multi-jurisdictional impact across Western Europe. The successful candidate will provide legal counselling to the business and contribute to the strategic development and implementation of sustainable and integrated business strategies and plans.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 4+ years' experience in commercial and corporate practice
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to plan, anticipate and manage priorities
• Highly articulate confident individual with excellent written communication, presentational and drafting skills
• Capable of communicating fluently in written and spoken English
• Hands-on, adaptable and pro-active attitude, sound commercial judgement and ability to work under pressure
• Experience working with legal regulatory frameworks is strongly preferred
