We are seeking a Talent Executive to lead efforts to identify capability development needs, determine a proactive capability development strategy, and enable learning for trade and non-management employees across Western Europe Area. The role will support the BAT Western Europe Area talent agenda by focusing on capability development of trade teams and non-management employees.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a business focused HR function with proven market deployment experience
- Experience in working in an international company with matrix organization and experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Frontline/trade or field-sales exposure strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field
- Strong project management and implementation skills
- Strong planning, organising and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- A high level of creativity and ability to innovate
- Data fluency: define learning Key Performance Indicators, analyse dashboards, translate insights into action
- Competent spoken and written English
