Job Description
The Commercial Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning and supervising construction projects from concept through warranty, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality. The Project Manager collaborates with clients, design teams, and internal partners to lead successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build effective relationships across teams and disciplines
