Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Bauer Design Build is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and people-oriented professional to serve as our Office Manager & Executive Assistant. This role blends front desk leadership, office coordination, and executive-level administrative support.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or executive assistance
• Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• Professional, clear communication—written and verbal
• Ability to stay calm, flexible, and proactive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience in construction or professional services is preferred (but not required)
